Dodge Charger Performance Features

The 2018 Dodge Charger offers both V6 and V8 powertrains that provide power and acceleration. Of course, everyone is looking to the high-performance SRT Hellcat with one of the biggest engines in recent years. The Hellcat has a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 that produces 707 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. You can hit 60 mph in this baby at 3.7 seconds, according to Dodge.

The V6 comes standard with the SXT trim. It is a 3.60liter V6 that can put out 292 horsepower, but the GT can put out 300-horsepower. The R/T and Daytona trims have a much higher 370-horsepower, with a 5.7-liter V8.

While the V6 isn't as energetic as the Hellcat, it does do better on gas mileage for city and highway than other V6's in the same category. Want to test drive one of the new Chargers? Stop by Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram located in Jarrettsville, MD today to see the latest trims.===
